We ship to Austria and Germany, we also deliver to the entire European Union (EU) and Switzerland or the following countries:

*We also deliver to Switzerland. Since Switzerland is outside the EU, special regulations apply and additional fees apply:
In postal and courier traffic, the transport company takes care of the customs declaration. Based on this declaration, the competent customs authority calculates the duty and VAT. For the customs clearance work, the transport companies demand compensation for their service at cost. The taxes to be paid to the state and the costs of the transport companies are billed together to the recipient. These additional costs will not be covered by minoka. Furthermore, we cannot offer returns in Switzerland.
We offer free shipping within Germany and Austria.
for the other countries we calculate the shipping costs (including statutory VAT) at a flat rate of €9.90.
On request or under special circumstances, we also deliver to other countries.
delivery times
As soon as we have received payment, we always ship the goods as quickly as possible, usually on the same day. Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Austria) within 1-3 days. When shipping to Germany within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). For deliveries abroad, within 2-6 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment order).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
